bleaching clay for Lubricating oil
Product detail tabs
Description
The pretreated oil is heated to the optimal reaction temperature of 120-160°C.
While continuously stirring, a predetermined proportion of activated clay is added (the addition amount is typically 2%-8%, depending on the degree of oil deterioration and refining objectives).
Stirring is performed for 30-50 minutes under vacuum or nitrogen protection to complete the adsorption process.
High-temperature filtration is then performed using a plate and frame filter press to separate the impurity-laden waste clay from the refined, clear oil.
