bleaching clay for Grease
Product detail tabs
Description
The oil to be decolorized is heated to 105-120°C under vacuum and thoroughly dried.
Under vacuum and continuous stirring, a prescribed amount of activated clay is slowly added (the amount varies depending on the oil and target, typically 0.5%-3%).
Under vacuum (to avoid oxidation) and at a suitable temperature, the mixture is continuously stirred for 15-30 minutes to ensure full contact between the clay and the oil, completing the adsorption process.
After cooling the oil-clay mixture to a certain degree, it is filtered through a vertical or horizontal leaf filter to obtain a clear decolorized oil.
