activated clay for used oil(waste oil)
Product detail tabs
Description
The dehydrated waste oil is heated to a specific temperature of 80-120°C.
While continuously stirring, a certain proportion (usually 2%-10%, depending on the degree of contamination) of activated clay is slowly added.
Stirring is maintained for 20-40 minutes to ensure full contact between the clay and the waste oil, completing the adsorption process.
A filtration system is used to separate the waste clay containing the adsorbed impurities from the purified oil; the clear liquid that flows out is the recycled base oil.
